Unless specifically requested, all orders carry no penalties and no restrictions to the seller under any circumstances. The same is true to our clients, unless specified.
Return Policy
Products that appear to be damaged must be opened in the presence of the delivery person. If damaged, put contents back into the carton and ship it back to us on the same day as you must refuse the shipment. No damage can be claimed within three days upon receipt because we will inspect the shipment for any legal and reasonable claims.
Other Important Details
We require full return insurance and do not accept buy backs. Additionally, a request for authorization must be done in writing. Contact our finance department for assistance.
